– US (Remote with travel). My client, a leading ERP software solutions provider, is currently looking to onboard an experienced ERP Application Support Consultant. Salary:
$85,000 - $95,000 with benefits. This role allows remote work within the US, with a strong preference for candidates on the East Coast. U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
The Application Support Consultant will assist the client’s growing customer base with technical and operational queries across a wide range of business processes. Handle complex tickets with sufficient time to focus on resolution, minimizing interruptions from incoming calls or quick-response tickets. Provide guidance to teammates on tickets and investigation methods; feedback on escalated tickets to support upskilling. Contribute to Knowledgebase articles and participate in Go Live handovers; may act as a dedicated contact for some Enterprise customers. Required Skills
Proven background in an application support capacity. Day-to-day working knowledge of Accounting, ERP, or Business Management Software systems OR a degree/qualification in Computer Science, Accounting, or Business. OR strong knowledge of financial and management reporting and financial acumen. Desirable Skills
Strong knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) including SQL scripting and SQL Admin Studio. Working knowledge of FTP/SFTP, SSL certificates, REST API, SOAP, SoapUI, Postman, Excel, and CSV files. Experience with relevant business software—3rd party integrations, EDI, Logistics, Warehouse Management, CRM, E-Commerce, Business Intelligence. Seniority level
