Qualifications
5+ of experience in Human Resources (HR) or workforce analytics, people analytics, or an insights-driven analytical role. Proven ability to lead consultative engagements with business stakeholders by framing analytical questions and providing insights that inform strategy. Strong expertise in statistics, analytics, or social science research methods, with experience applying these to workforce and business challenges. Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, with demonstrated ability to present complex insights in a clear and compelling manner. Extensive knowledge of Excel and data modeling techniques. Familiarity with financial data, workforce budgets, and forecasting methodologies. Experienced in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, with capabilities in setting priorities, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. Demonstrated success in crafting data-driven narratives for senior leadership teams. Excellent communication skills—written, visual, and verbal—with strong attention to detail. Employment details
