Growing Firm! Market Lead for K-12 with a passion for design. Based in Miami, FL, we are one of the country’s fastest growing Architecture firms. Responsibilities
Architecture Design: Develop creative and practical architectural designs for K-12 educational facilities, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models that meet project needs. Project Management: Oversee the architectural process from concept to construction administration, coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. AutoCAD and Revit: Proficient use of AutoCAD and Revit to create accurate drawings and models. Educational Construction: Ensure designs comply with building codes and standards and address challenges unique to K-12 facilities. Collaboration: Work with a team of architects, engineers, and designers; participate in design charrettes and client meetings to integrate perspectives into final design. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's Degree preferred but not required). 5+ years of experience as an architect with a focus on K-12 educational facilities; track record of completing projects on time and within budget. CAD Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed architectural drawings and models. Strong Design Portfolio: Demonstrates ability to develop innovative and functional designs for K-12 facilities. Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written, able to convey design ideas to clients, team members, and stakeholders. Leadership Abilities: Ability to lead and mentor junior architects and designers. Additional Information
