Senior Manager of Sterile Processing at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Torrance and San Pedro, CA. This position is Full-Time and oversees the Sterile Processing departments at both locations. This role will be responsible for overseeing Torrance and San Pedro Sterile Processing Departments and have strong working relationships with Perioperative and Interventional leadership, clinical and support staff, and physicians throughout the South Bay Ministries. This role will work collaboratively with Executive Director Perioperative Services to define, manage, and closely monitor the strategic plan for Sterile Processing. Develops, implements, and manages operational budgets for departments. Oversee Torrance and San Pedro Sterile Processing Departments and maintain strong working relationships with Perioperative and Interventional leadership, clinical and support staff, and physicians throughout the South Bay Ministries. Collaborate with Executive Director Perioperative Services to define, manage, and monitor the strategic plan for Sterile Processing. Develop, implement, and manage operational budgets for departments. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or a Healthcare-related field. Upon hire: National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association. Or Upon hire: National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution. Or Upon hire: National Certified Instrument Specialist - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association. Or Upon hire: National Certified Surgical Instrument Specialist - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution. 3 years Supervisory experience, including training and staff development. 5 years Budget with management and analysis. 7 years Work experience in the field of Sterile Processing.
