Overview
AI Innovations Practice Lead (IT Enablement & Operations) at Genesys. You’ll be at the forefront of driving enterprise-wide transformation through generative AI within the IT Enablement & Operations team, overseeing the full lifecycle of GenAI platform management—from governance and infrastructure to user adoption, innovation enablement, and impact tracking. Lead the GenAI practice across IT, with full ownership of platform operations, enablement strategy, and governance Administer enterprise ChatGPT and related tools, ensuring secure and scalable use across business units Collaborate with the Business Transformation Office to align GenAI efforts with strategic goals and workforce upskilling Act as the point of contact with OpenAI and other vendors for technical coordination, support, and roadmap alignment Curate and maintain a centralized GPT use-case catalog and solution library to drive reuse and innovation Build and manage a GenAI Champion Network to promote adoption and gather real-time feedback Design and deliver internal AI onboarding, training, communications campaigns, and AI hackathons Work with legal, risk, and compliance teams to define and uphold responsible AI use frameworks Monitor usage metrics, analyze impact, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Qualifications
10+ years in enterprise IT, with at least 3 years in AI, SaaS, or digital transformation leadership roles Hands-on experience with SaaS platform administration and integration in large organizations Familiarity with GenAI technologies and real-world implementation patterns Experience working with cross-functional teams including Legal, Risk, and Security Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to drive governance and compliance across distributed environments Passion for emerging tech and a track record of driving adoption at scale Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred Compensation
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range. Actual salaries will vary depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities. $131,400.00 - $244,000.00 Benefits
