Summary / Job Objective We have a current opening for our internal Financial Planning Team. We are seeking an individual who is a strong relationship builder with great communication skills and a problem-solving mindset, that thrives in a fast-paced and evolving organization. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, a proactive tech-savvy learner, consistently performs at a high level under variable workloads, and has a passion for making a positive impact on client’s lives. You will have exposure to all areas of financial services with a primary focus on creating Investment Proposals and conducting portfolio analysis for affiliated Financial Advisors using our proprietary technology platform. This is not a “Financial Analyst” position. This role focuses on helping Financial Advisors get properly invested in the stock market.
Primary Responsibilities
Meets with affiliated Advisors to collect client information and build strong relationships (Phone/Video)
Works with affiliated Advisors in ensuring the proper forms are collected pre/post client meeting
Primary interface between affiliated Advisors responsible for analyzing sensitive client information and inputting it into the Simplicity Wealth Platform
Services planning-related requests with a focus on providing a high quality & responsive experience
Extensive communication with internal and external clients using email and phone
Collaborates, coaches, and answers Advisor questions via email, video, and phone
Conducts educational webinars to educate Advisors on Planning best practices
Handles inbound calls to the Planning Team and addresses and resolves Advisor needs
Handles quality assurance related to the Wealth Proposal as technology is regularly updated
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Required)
Prior experience in a Financial Services capacity (RIA, IAR, Bank, Broker Dealer, Annuity, Life) (Required)
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Excel, Word, Drive, Email, etc) (Required)
Series 65, CFP, CHFC or willingness to obtain any of these is a plus (Company Sponsored)
Passionate about the client experience and the financial services industry
Favors direct communication & possesses an ability to receive constructive feedback
Uphold the firm’s purpose, vision, and values and possess high ethical standards
Core Competencies

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $65,000 - $80,000
This is an Exempt position
Annual performance bonus target: 10%
