Commercial Litigation Attorney

with

5+ years of experience . Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law. About the Role

You’ll handle a variety of commercial disputes, including non-compete, trade secret, and breach of contract matters, with a mix of defense and plaintiff-side work. This role offers hands-on litigation opportunities in a highly collegial and mentorship-focused environment. Qualifications

5+ years of commercial litigation experience Active TN bar license Strong litigation training and writing skills 100% in-office (paid parking provided) No book required The firm is seeking attorneys who can hit the ground running and support the team Compensation & Benefits
