80K The Front Desk Manager is responsible for supervising front desk staff and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction through efficient reception operations and strong interdepartmental coordination. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure that front desk workflows support the needs of the dental, medical, and physical therapy departments. Key Responsibilities
Supervise front desk receptionists and manage day-to-day operations
Serve as a liaison between the front desk and clinical departments to ensure smooth communication and patient satisfaction
Monitor and ensure accurate collection of patient data, including demographics and insurance, across various systems
Train and support front desk staff to ensure consistency and professionalism in service delivery
Coordinate staffing coverage in alignment with provider schedules and clinic hours
Work closely with department managers to address and resolve operational challenges
Promote a positive and organized front desk environment that supports efficient patient flow

Prior experience managing a front desk or reception team in a healthcare or clinic setting preferred
Familiarity with medical scheduling systems and insurance verification processes is a plus
