Head of Asset Management role at Michael Page. Base pay range: $175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr. The client is seeking a Head of Asset Management to lead the strategic and operational oversight of a rapidly expanding U.S. asset portfolio. This is a senior leadership role that blends technical, commercial, and financial expertise—driving long-term performance, compliance, and value across a portfolio of utility-scale renewable energy assets. Our client, an international EPC backed by a major global parent company, has built a diverse portfolio of utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects across ERCOT, MISO, and SPP. Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to optimize output and ROI Oversee O&M contractors, budgets, P&L accountability, and capital planning Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and benchmarking Monitor KPIs across technical, financial, and environmental dimensions Ensure regulatory, HSE, and environmental compliance across the portfolio Lead risk management and life-cycle planning for solar, wind, and BESS assets Serve as the primary liaison with investors, off-takers, regulators, and service providers Deliver transparent reporting on asset performance and initiatives Mentor a high-performing asset management team Collaborate closely with U.S. and international stakeholders Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business 10+ years' experience in energy asset management – at least 4+ years within renewable energy Strong leadership background managing utility-scale solar, wind, or BESS portfolios Expertise in technical operations, financial modeling, and regulatory frameworks Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience collaborating with International Leadership Job Offer & Benefits
