Collaborate with insurance carriers to secure the best coverage and rates for clients. Handle policy renewals, adjustments, and inquiries efficiently and accurately. Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and high service standards. Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong understanding of various coverage types and industry regulations. Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering a positive client experience. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Relevant insurance licenses and certifications. Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience working with high-net-worth and private clients. Knowledge of advanced insurance products and coverage options. Proficiency in using insurance management software and tools. Ability to analyze and interpret complex insurance policies and documents. Proactive approach to identifying and solving client issues.
