Manage and assess clients\' insurance needs, offering expert advice and customized solutions for commercial lines of business. Guide clients through the insurance process, from policy selection to claims management, ensuring a seamless experience. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are addressed with precision and care. Collaborate with insurance carriers to secure optimal coverage and rates tailored to client needs. Handle policy renewals, adjustments, and inquiries efficiently while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience in commercial lines insurance with a solid understanding of various coverage types and industry regulations. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering a positive client experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Relevant insurance licenses and certifications are highly preferred. Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience working directly with healthcare and commercial construction insurance accounts; knowledge of advanced insurance technologies and platforms; proven ability to negotiate terms with insurance carriers; familiarity with Massachusetts-specific insurance regulations and practices; track record of success in hybrid work environments.
