Human Resources Manager
on behalf of a respected Hawaiʻi-based organization. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact by overseeing the full employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding to development, compliance, and engagement. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, ensuring HR practices are compliant, effective, and grounded in a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and aloha. What You’ll Do
Recruiting & Staffing:
Partner with leaders to attract, screen, and onboard top talent while managing job postings, interviews, offers, and compliance. Onboarding & Offboarding:
Lead orientation, benefits enrollment, and transitions; coordinate relocation logistics and oversee smooth employee exits. Benefits Administration:
Manage health, retirement, and supplemental programs; collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless delivery. Performance & Development:
Support reviews, promotions, and career development initiatives; track compliance training and professional credentials. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Serve as the go-to resource for workplace matters, fostering employee trust and engagement through programs that boost morale and recognition. Compliance & Policy:
Ensure adherence to federal, Hawaiʻi state, and multi-state employment laws; maintain accurate records and filings. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred). 5+ years progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of employment laws (federal, state of Hawaiʻi, and multi-state). Proven success in employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity, discretion, and trust-building. Salary Range:
$95,000 – $125,000 , commensurate with experience. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. Retirement plan with employer contribution. Paid time off, holidays, and wellness programs. Opportunities for professional development and growth. Location
