SupportFinity™
About Adapt
Adapt is the AI brain of your business. It unifies every data source—databases, SaaS tools, support tickets, documents, and more—into a single conversational interface that delivers the highest level of intelligence the AI industry has to offer. Our autonomous agents continuously monitor KPIs, surface anomalies, diagnose root causes, and recommend next steps so organizations can act decisively. We serve startups and SMBs looking to move from endless dashboards and noisy AI to evidence-backed insight and action.
The Role As Adapt’s Product Manager, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and execution of our core analytics platform. You’ll translate customer needs and market trends into a prioritized roadmap, shepherd features from conception through launch, and partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver an intuitive, high-value experience.
What You'll Do
Define & Prioritize Roadmap
Own the product backlog: write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Balance quick wins (bug fixes, UI polish) with strategic bets (agent orchestration enhancements, semantic-layer support)
Drive Discovery & Validation
Conduct user research: interviews, surveys, and in-app analytics to uncover unmet needs among execs, analysts, and implementers
Run rapid prototypes and A/B tests to validate hypotheses before full-scale development
Collaborate Across Teams
Partner with Engineering to scope features, unblock technical challenges, and ensure on-time delivery
Work with Design to craft intuitive flows for conversational queries, anomaly alerts, and scheduled reporting
Align with Sales & Customer Success on pilot feedback, competitive gaps, and launch plans
Measure & Optimize
Define KPIs (DAU/MAU, query success rate, time-to-insight) and build dashboards to track feature performance
Analyze usage data and customer feedback to iterate on existing capabilities—improving clarity, speed, and adoption
Launch & Evangelize
Lead go-to-market planning for major releases: feature announcements, internal training, and sales enablement collateral
Train internal teams and present at webinars or customer workshops to drive awareness and best practices
Qualifications
4+ years in B2B SaaS product management—analytics, AI, or data-heavy applications a plus
Proven track record defining and shipping complex features end-to-end
Strong analytical chops: comfortable with SQL, A/B testing frameworks, and product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
Excellent communicator: can distill technical concepts into clear business benefits and rally cross-functional teams
Customer-obsessed: you balance quantitative insights with empathy for user workflows and pain points
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with conversational UIs or LLM-based workflows
Familiarity with semantic modeling tools (dbt, Cube.js) or data warehouse integrations (BigQuery, Snowflake)
Background in UX research or design systems
The Pay Range For This Role Is 180,000 - 200,000 USD per year (San Francisco, California)
