Description

Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. Key Responsibilities
Ensure spare availability for assigned fleet of engines/APUs at point of need
Including work scope meetings and TIS and SWO development
Maintain engine removal, production, and spare line-of-balance forecasts
Manage engine data
Prepare analysis and reports for leadership and stakeholder review
Support development of financial forecasts in collaboration with other stakeholders
Provide project management for engine “programs” (hardware upgrade/replacement, etc.) to mitigate operational impact.
Ensuring A/C schedule, labor and parts availability are all ready to support
Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business
3+ years’ experience in aircraft or engine maintenance
Knowledge of jet engine maintenance including overhaul events
Detailed understanding of jet engine components
Ability to read and understand maintenance requirements
Strong business acumen
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Understanding of the Engine Planning system
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Master's degree
MBA, MS Engineering
Airframe and Powerplant License
Experience Building forecasts and doing analysis
Experience leading teams through indirect influence
Process improvement experience
Strong organizational and continuous improvement skills
SCEPTRE and EMS experience
The base pay range for this role is $87,780.00 to $114,376.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
