Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Baer is looking for Oracle HCM Cloud Conversion Developer for a 9 month Federal Remote Project. Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Conversion Developer Location: Remote (Must be based in US) Duration: 9 months Rate: All-Inclusive Alignment: W2 or C2C Description: Design, develop, and execute data conversion strategies for Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Benefits, etc.) Perform data mapping from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud structures Build and load data using HDL, Spreadsheet Loaders, and other Oracle tools Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports and HCM Extracts to support conversion and validation Use OTBI for reporting, reconciliation, and data verification Ensure conversions follow quality, security, and performance standards Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and downstream impacts of loaded data Support testing, troubleshooting, and go-live conversion activities Requirements: 3+ years of Oracle Cloud Conversion experience 3+ years of experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) Proven hands-on experience with: HCM Data Loader (HDL), Spreadsheet Loaders, HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) Strong understanding of data mapping, Core HR, and Benefits configuration Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud’s data structure and conversion lifecycle Familiarity with data validation, automation tools, and conversion best practices Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience in Agile or cloud deployment environments Public Trust Security Clearance
