Baer is looking for Oracle HCM PaaS Developer for a 12 month Federal Remote Project.

Description: Provide consultative support to clients implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions Understand and translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions Drive discussions on transformation, customer journey, and application design Design, develop, document, and test integrations to/from Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems Build integrations using Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Utilize Oracle HCM APIs for custom integrations and automation Collaborate with functional teams to align technology solutions with business requirements Ensure integration solutions follow best practices, security standards, and compliance needs Requirements:
3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud 3+ years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS/OIC) 3+ years of experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) Strong experience creating HCM Extracts and using Oracle HCM APIs Proficiency in developing reports using BI Publisher (BIP) Experience working with cloud-based middleware and PaaS solutions Understanding of HCM data models and integration architecture Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON transformations Strong documentation and communication skills Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments
