* Partner closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR Shared Services, Global Rewards, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners etc.) to deliver the best mobility experience.* Educate and train HR and People Leaders on immigration policies, timelines, and best practices.**High** **School Degree and Twelve Year's Experience*** Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Law, or related field.* 8+ years of experience managing U.S. immigration programs with proven Knowledge of assignee end-to-end life cycle management.* Multinational or highly regulated industry experience highly regarded.* In-depth knowledge of employment-based visa categories, work authorization, and global mobility practices.* Ability to advise and inform external immigration vendors and legal counsel.* Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.* Impactful communication, problem-solving, and project management capability.* Ability to adapt and manage unexpected events.* Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to prioritize activities.* Prepared to work onsite for a required minimum of 3 days per week (subject to change).* Create Inclusion - knowing the business value of diverse teams, modeling inclusion, and embedding the value of diversity in the way they manage their teams.* Develop Talent - understand the skills, experience, aspirations, and potential of their employees and coach them on current performance and future potential. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary.
