POSITION SUMMARY: Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Integrated Communications (Project Manager) to lead strategic Peso (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned) initiatives and oversee program management across the entire Communications organization and Business Unit. This role is pivotal in driving cross-functional collaboration, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering integrated Peso campaigns that align with enterprise-wide business and marketing priorities. Reporting to the Senior Director within the Corporate Communications Peso team, the Senior Manager will serve as a centralized strategic advisor and executional lead—connecting dots across all Communications and Marketing teams, championing best practices, and ensuring the efficient and timely execution of high-impact initiatives. Unlike strategy or messaging roles, this position focuses on orchestrating and managing the execution of holistic Peso plans developed by various teams rather than creating the core strategy or content itself. Serve as the primary internal point of contact to lead and project manage external agency partners to deliver the strategic planning, development, and hands-on tactical execution of consumer-facing, paid, earned, shared and owned strategic initiatives and social and influencer media activations for all Communications and Marketing teams across the Verizon organization, ensuring alignment with corporate business and marketing objectives and timelines. Ensure translation of strategic goals provided by various Communications and Marketing teams into actionable project plans with clear deliverables, milestones, and success metrics while prioritizing across competing concurrent projects, with a strong emphasis on executional detail and campaign delivery. Deliver and represent these strategies and tactics back to cross-functional internal stakeholders, including leadership, as necessary to secure revisions and approvals while ensuring a deep understanding of the strategy and tactics in each plan while anticipating reasonable related questions from stakeholders. Partner with Communications and Marketing leads across the organization to integrate consumer-facing, paid, earned, shared and owned media execution strategies; including social media influencer activations into broader marketing and communications priorities. Governance, Reporting and Optimization: Establish standardized operational processes to include measurement, governance frameworks, and checkpoints for all applicable assigned agency projects across the organization’s Communications and Marketing functions. Support leadership in performance monitoring through effective use of reporting tools, dashboards, and KPI analysis for all paid PR activities conducted for various teams, including social and influencer programs. Provide, with agency support, holistic insight and recommendations based on data, helping to optimize campaign effectiveness and resource allocation across all Communications and Marketing teams. Stakeholder Leadership and Thought Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison to all cross-functional Communications and Marketing teams, ensuring consistent communication, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Influence decision-making and elevate visibility for consumer-facing paid, earned, shared and owned initiatives; including social media and influencer activations through strategic counsel and stakeholder management across the enterprise's Communications and Marketing efforts. Operational Readiness and Efficiency: Drive operational readiness for major consumer-facing, paid, earned, shared and owned initiatives; including social media and influencer activations for any Communications or Marketing team, ensuring resource alignment, presentation preparation, and meeting facilitation to maintain project momentum. Anticipate project roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to meet delivery expectations for various projects across the organization's Communications and Marketing functions. Brand Consistency and Content Coordination: Ensure social and influencer campaign messaging, along with paid, earned, shared and owned media, aligns with overall brand standards and strategic narratives established by various Communications and Marketing teams. Collaborate with Comms and Marketing leads across all teams to ensure storytelling and tactical execution reflect the organization’s voice and positioning WORK ENVIRONMENT/LOCATION Candidates must be able to start ASAP This position requires the use of both Pace-issued and client-issued equipment. The role is based in New Jersey OR NYC and follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring three days per week onsite at the client’s location. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the New Jersey OR NYC office as part of their work routine JOB QUALIFICATIONS : Education: Experience: Consumer-focused integrated marketing experience (paid, earned, shared, owned) and proven social media or influencer campaign experience. Agency-side experience, doing hands on project management and campaign execution Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. Experience in strategic communications and integrated marketing, preferably within large organizations or agencies. Strong understanding of (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned) strategy and its role in reputation management and customer engagement. Experience leading cross-functional Communications and Business unit teams across a large organization and ability manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously. Knowledge of performance metrics and KPIs to support effective tracking and reporting across various Communications and Marketing teams and campaigns. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Air table, Smartsheet, etc.), Google Suite and executive-level presentation development. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Excellent interpersonal, client communication, and influencing skills. WHAT WE OFFER: The salary for this position will range from

$115,000-$145,000

depending on experience, education, geographical location, and other factors.
