New York, NY (Hybrid: 3–4 days in office, 1–2 remote) Compensation:

December 2025 We are seeking a highly skilled
Employment Litigation Associate (5–6 years of experience)
to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to take on significant responsibility in a
high-performance boutique employment law firm
environment. The firm handles both plaintiff side and management side work, more on the plaintiff side. The ideal candidate will have experience
running cases independently, supervising junior associates, and managing litigation from intake through resolution . You will handle a wide variety of employment law matters, including discrimination, wage & hour, retaliation, wrongful termination, and contract disputes, in both state and federal court. Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of employment litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations. Supervise and mentor junior associates, providing guidance on case strategy, drafting, and client management. Develop and execute litigation strategies in collaboration with partners. Handle client communications, providing proactive and strategic legal advice. Appear in court and before administrative agencies such as the EEOC and state human rights divisions. Contribute to firm growth by helping to maintain strong client relationships and supporting business development efforts. Qualifications
J.D. degree
and admitted to the
New York Bar
(New Jersey admission is a plus). 5–6 years of employment litigation experience , preferably at a boutique or mid-sized firm. Proven ability to
run cases independently
and supervise more junior attorneys. Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to thrive in a
collaborative, fast-paced boutique environment . Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Compensation & Schedule
$300K base salary
plus a
percentage of cases . Hybrid work structure:
3–4 days in office, 1–2 remote . Anticipated
start date: December 2025 . Seniority level
