The company produces all of its premium chocolate in Switzerland and imports it for retail distribution in the U.S. and Canada, supported by a 43,000 sq. ft. warehouse and corporate office in Dallas, TX
With more than 700 employees globally, the company is expanding rapidly, opening 10–14 new stores per year, including 8 U.S. locations and 2 in Canada planned for this year

Role Summary
Act as a Finance Business Partner to store teams and senior leadership, identifying opportunities, supporting budgets, P&L management, and financial planning for future growth
Lead all aspects of financial operations for North America, including monthly close, reporting, variance analysis, and alignment with Swiss counterparts
Oversee lease accounting, insurance accounting, and financial controls to support a rapidly expanding retail footprint
Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and performance tracking to double company size over the next 5 years
Serve as a visible leader in the Dallas office, ensuring financial and operational continuity when senior leadership is traveling
Mentor and manage finance staff, including accounts payable and a financial analyst, setting goals and performance standards
Team Structure
Member of the North American Executive Team
Reports directly to the President, North America
Partners closely with Swiss Group Finance and cross-functional U.S. leadership
Direct reports include Accounts Payable and Financial Analyst
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
8+ years of progressive finance experience in retail, consumer products, or related industries
Strong generalist background with proven ability to lead budgeting, P&L management, and FP&A in a midsize or high-growth company
Experience with lease accounting, insurance accounting, and multi-unit retail strongly preferred
Outgoing, client-facing, and resolution-oriented, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment with frequent cross-border collaboration
Bonus: 15% of base salary
Full benefits package including 401(k), 11 holidays, and 2+ weeks of vacation (increasing with tenure)
Travel: 4 trips per year to Switzerland and quarterly regional meetings
Preference for candidates in the Dallas area, though relocation support is available
