Jerry is looking for a Data Scientist to join our growing team. We are a data-driven organization focused on building the first super app to make car ownership affordable and accessible, with services including insurance, buy/sell, registration, loans, safety, repairs, and more. We recently achieved profitability and have ambitious goals to scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business. You will champion data-driven decisions across critical business initiatives (including carrier growth and development, building new products from 0-1, etc.) and leverage advanced machine learning models to conduct analyses and extract insights shaping growth strategies. Jerry.ai has raised $240M in funding, grown revenue 60x, and expanded to 225 team members across 6 countries. Join a pre-IPO environment with strong capital, traction, and runway. You will collaborate with our VP of Data Science & Analytics, Armando La Rocca (ex-BCG, Better), and work in a talent-dense setting designed to accelerate your career growth. Responsibilities
Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to translate customer performance insights into acquisition and growth strategies Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features; extract key insights to inform product and business decisions Define and test levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency Qualifications & Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline 1-3 years of experience from a top-tier economic consulting firm (Analysis Group, Cornerstone Research, Charles River Associates) OR top management consulting experience (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) OR relevant data science/business analysis experience High level of comfort with SQL or Python Who You Are
