Overview
Role: Oracle ERP Cloud Functional Architect Level 2 Client: DC Government Location: Washington, D.C (Hybrid - once in every 2 weeks) Note: Tri-State area candidates preferred Responsibilities
Manage all functional aspects of Oracle Cloud implementation/support for the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Project Portfolio Management. Analyze, design and configure best-practice business needs through technology solutions. Interact with client teams to understand requirements and design robust solutions. Develop an understanding of a client\'s current-state processes and develop future-state technical recommendations. Execute day-to-day activities including process design, lead key configuration workshops, identify gaps, identify RICEW, and support testing. Participate in requirement gathering, analyze business requirements, align requirements and best practices to implement a functional solution. Contribute to continuous improvement and development of internal processes and intellectual property. Define new and refine existing business processes. Participate in project planning, provide subject matter expertise, and estimate work. Qualifications
Broad business background, strong interpersonal communications skills, and thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. 12+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/Oracle EBS, with a minimum of 2+ full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementation experience. Full life-cycle project development including requirements, design, development, testing and rollout. Knowledge of Enterprise Structures, module-specific configurations, ability to conduct requirements analysis and deliver functional design documents for the mentioned modules. Ability to quickly understand business requirements and design functional concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience across multiple business processes, ability to architect and design technology solutions, and manage cross-functional teams, projects, and vendor relationships. Ability to lead and design Cloud ERP project solutions, manage all aspects of Oracle Fusion and financial applications, support and operations, including planning, designing, implementing, integrating, testing, and maintaining various functions. Education
Bachelor\'s degree Two years of experience with Oracle PPM Cloud and Grants are highly desirable Familiarity with state/local government accounting, financial, budget and grant training Flexible work-from-home options available.
