Overview
Leading Kent-based law firm are looking for a private client solicitor to manage a diverse caseload and provide high-quality legal advice in all aspects of private client law. This includes wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, tax advice, and powers of attorney. The team are looking for a dedicated individual who can offer compassionate and personalised service to their clients. Salary:
£50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience PQE:
Circa 2 – 4 years Responsibilities
Managing a comprehensive caseload of private client matters with minimal supervision. Providing expert legal advice on wills, probate, trusts, powers of attorney and deputyships. Drafting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering empathetic and personalised advice. Working collaboratively with team members to contribute to the department’s goals and targets. Keeping abreast of changes in legislation and best practices in private client law. Requirements
Solicitor with circa 2 – 4 years’ PQE and demonstrated experience managing a full private client caseload. Membership in the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) would be advantageous but is not essential. Location
