Onsite Project Manager Overview Onsite Project Managers are responsible for overseeing field operations associated with building automation projects. During the construction phase of a project, the Onsite Project Manager is an RBT representative to the general contractor as well as other trades. In between project deployments, the Onsite Project Manager will assist with new project estimating and systems engineering.
Responsibilities
Project management including schedule management, risk management & mitigation, subcontractor management, and coordination with mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) trades on a large construction site.
Team leadership including loop check & troubleshooting assistance to engineering team when necessary, accurate representation of automation team needs in site MEP & commissioning meetings.
Understanding customer commissioning methodology and ability to translate to engineering/automation team.
Assistance in electrical design interpretation and ability to direct onsite electricians to do their work efficiently.

Electrical low voltage installation and subcontractor management experience
Basic understanding of HVAC systems in large building automation systems, HVAC sequences of operation, P&IDs, instrumentation & control valves, and plant utility systems including chiller & boiler plants, and electrical switchgear & single line diagrams detailing distribution of electricity throughout a facility.
Onsite commissioning experience
Understanding of Good Automated Manufacturing Practices (GAMP)
Locations Seeking Willing to relocate to or currently located at anticipated major project sites: Reno, Dallas, San Antonio, Phoenix, Washington DC, Toledo
Total Seeking 1-2 per major project site (6-12 total)
Compensation $100k - $130k, depending on experience, travel perks at major project sites, 2x/year bonus
