Responsibilities
Technical background of 3-5 years in Automation that allows candidate to understand flow of a project implementing automation enough to create a MS Project schedule detailing the steps and prerequisites for each activity.
Enough understanding of finance & accounting to manage project margin and scope creep, and forecast where project margin will be at the end of the project.
Personnel / team management skills to (a) lead a team of junior engineers to technical proficiency, and (b) interface with peers to properly staff a project based on schedule and financial forecast.
Still sharp enough in technical background to train others and be responsible for overall quality of software products deployed at customer site.

1-2 per office location (12-24 total) plus 1-2 per major project site (6-12 total)
Compensation
$100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience, travel perks at major project sites, and 2x/year bonus
