Ward Yacht Sales is actively seeking experienced yacht brokers to join our growing team at a new location in Annapolis, Maryland. This opportunity is ideal for driven professionals with a strong track record in yacht sales who are ready to take the next step in their career. We specialize in new and used yacht sales and provide our brokers with tools, support, and autonomy to thrive. The role offers room to scale into a Regional Sales Manager for the right candidate, based on proven performance and leadership aptitude, resulting in higher earning potential. What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3-5+ years of yacht brokerage experience or relevant luxury sales background (aviation, auto, etc.). Hands-on boating experience and technical proficiency, maintenance, and operation of vessels over 30 ft. Entrepreneurial spirit with a “hunter” sales mentality and strong self-motivation. Demonstrates success in lead generation, negotiations, and closing. Excellent communication and professional presentation skills. Strong ethical standards and professional references. Ideally, the desire and aptitude to grow into a Regional Sales Manager role (but not required). What We Offer
