About the Opening
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30a-4:30p
No call required
Multiple locations
Setting: Outpatient
Patient Volume: 6-12 consults and 8-10 follow-ups per week
Duties: Day-to-day oversight of treatment (IGRT), as well as clinic-based consults, follow-ups, and OTV (weekly) appointments
EMR: Mosaiq and Epic
BC/BE
Paid travel & expenses
In your time off, stroll through a charming downtown with boutique shops and cafes, visit historic landmarks and museums, and enjoy riverside parks with scenic trails.

Rate Rate:
$350 per hour
Qualifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Active unencumbered Radiation Oncologist Illinois state license
Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program
One year of work experience as a Radiation Oncologist
One year of EMR experience
Board Certified
Skills/Abilities/Competencies Required
Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
