Our in-store Retail Media Network (RMN) products help retailers deliver the best possible in-store experience while enabling brands to reach customers in moments that matter. We are hiring to drive an innovative approach to digital marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop a product vision and strategy for the RMN product suite to provide retailers and their customers with the best possible in-store experience. Collaborate with leadership to define and execute a product roadmap for RMN products. Partner with customers to understand needs and problems, scope, deliver, and iterate on solutions to meet goals. Work closely with engineering and outside vendors to build and enhance RMN products, manage technical requirements, set timelines, and ensure high-quality execution. Partner with internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to ensure solutions meet customer needs. Lead go-to-market strategy for new RMN offerings and oversee smooth implementation and adoption across customers. Monitor product usage and impact, using data-driven insights to refine and evolve solutions. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science, operations, etc.). 6-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in advertising technology, digital-out-of-home (DOOH), or retail media. Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand software systems, API integrations, and data modeling. Customer-oriented mindset with empathy for end-users and passion for solving problems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex discussions, write succinct product specs, and present to senior stakeholders. Ability to balance short-term wins with long-term product vision. Self-starter with a team-player attitude, thriving in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with retail media tech stacks, including order management systems, point-of-sale data management, customer relationship management systems, and online RMN offerings. Familiarity with the advertising data ecosystem, including data marketplaces, data providers, and measurement and attribution solutions. Eligibility
At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel : Travel required (Yes/No): No DOT Regulated : DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): No Safety Sensitive Position : No Base Pay Range : $130,900 - $236,200 Corporate Bonus Target : 20% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual starting pay will be based on factors such as work location, qualifications, and experience. Employees in regular roles are eligible for annual bonuses or incentives based on role performance. Details and availability vary by location and role.
