Develop and execute email, SMS, and product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives Design and manage CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including automated email flows Lead and mentor junior marketing team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams Required Qualifications

5-7+ years of email marketing and CRM experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role Proven experience in direct-to-consumer brands with significant revenue growth Expert-level proficiency in email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo Strong analytical skills with experience in customer data platforms and reporting tools Ability to develop and execute both strategic initiatives and tactical campaigns
