What to Expect

Oversee multiple technology projects, ensuring alignment with overall timelines and goals

Facilitate communication and dependency management among cross-functional teams

Develop project plans that include scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation

Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and maintain project documentation

What is Required

Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant experience

Minimum of 10 years managing technology projects of increasing complexity

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall

Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Airtable

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Strong understanding of the Life Insurance and Annuity Industry

Scrum, SAFe, PMP, or other project management certifications are a plus

Experience mentoring and upskilling teams in Agile methodologies
