Responsibilities

Oversee the successful completion of technology projects within the organization

Collaborate with product management and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure project alignment

Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation

Identify and manage project risks while facilitating effective communication with stakeholders

Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant experience

10+ years of experience managing technology projects of increasing complexity

Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe

Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective stakeholder engagement

Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Airtable

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of the Life Insurance and Annuity Industry

Scrum, SAFe, PMP, or other project management certifications
