U.S. Bank . The Cloud Identity and Access Management Engineer Lead position is an individual contributor technical leadership role on our IAM cloud security team. This position will own the strategic vision to define our roadmap and ensure delivery of our team's work. This position supports an established team of cloud security engineers. Responsibilities

Collaborates with other leaders in IAM and the broader information security team to establish the strategic objectives and key performance indicators to support our cloud roadmap. Reviews cloud-based services, defines IAM requirements, and provides feedback to service owners. Track and manage team deliverables within Jira. Basic Qualifications

Typically a Bachelor\'s degree, or equivalent work experience Typically eight or more years of relevant experience Thorough understanding of the applicable information security systems, policies, and procedures Effective communication, presentation skills, leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills Proven collaboration and influencing skills Here are some more specific job duties

Experience reviewing, onboarding, or establishing security requirements for cloud services Familiarity with infrastructure as code, CICD pipelines, and automation.
