2753284 Detailed Job Description: Join a high-impact team driving cloud innovation across a global enterprise. As a Cloud Solutions Architect (M&A), you will lead the technical integration and transformation of newly acquired companies into our cloud ecosystem. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and execution—partnering with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our cloud platforms. This is more than a technical role—it is a leadership opportunity to influence enterprise-wide cloud adoption, modernize legacy systems, and build scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.
Responsibilities
Architect Cloud Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and repeatable cloud architectures aligned with business goals and M&A strategies.
Lead Technical Assessments: Identify gaps, define target states, and develop roadmaps for cloud transformation.
Drive Integration: Extend enterprise capabilities to acquired companies, including operating model alignment and deployment strategies.
Modernize Infrastructure: Champion cloud-native technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Development, Product, and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless cloud adoption.
Optimize & Automate: Evaluate and streamline processes, handoffs, and workflows using automation and modern tooling.
Influence Strategy: Provide thought leadership on cloud governance, architecture best practices, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Cloud Expertise: 4+ years in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments
DevOps & Automation: Hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Octopus Deploy, Salt, or Fabric
Networking Know-How: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancing, SDWAN, and routing
Resilience Engineering: Experience designing High Availability and Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) solutions, including multi-region active/active setups()
M&A Experience: Proven ability to work with acquired companies and align them with enterprise cloud strategies
Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Additional Qualifications a Plus
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services)
Familiarity with Well-Architected Frameworks and multi-tenant architecture
Passion for learning and staying ahead of cloud trends
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $96,000 / Annual
Pay Range Maximum: $198,000 / Annual
