Your Role
As a Project Manager, youll oversee the successful delivery of multiple complex architectural projects. With over 10 years of professional experience, youll balance the demands of budgets, schedules, and client expectations while fostering an environment where teams feel empowered and projects achieve design excellence. Youll bring both vision and pragmatism, ensuring projects stay on track without losing sight of CJ+Cs culture-driven design ethos. What You Will Do
Lead and manage projects of varying sizes and complexities, from planning to close-out. Guide internal teams and consultant partners through all phasesschematic design, design development, documentation, and construction administration. Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably. Build and sustain strong client relationships through proactive communication, trust, and exceptional service. Negotiate and manage project contracts while ensuring compliance with terms and maintaining favorable outcomes for the firm. Implement quality assurance processes, reviewing deliverables, monitoring construction, and ensuring adherence to codes, regulations, and standards. Anticipate risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential challenges, ensuring smooth project execution. Mentor and inspire team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Contribute to business development efforts by strengthening client connections and identifying new opportunities for CJ+C. Your Qualifications
Licensed Architect with 10+ years of relevant professional experience. Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices in architecture. Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to guide teams and resolve conflicts constructively. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Skilled communicatorconfident in managing stakeholder expectations, presenting ideas, and building lasting relationships. Solid financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and optimizing project resources. Deep understanding of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and quality control standards.
