You’ll get to know the family and care for the pet year after year, delivering reliable care, preventative visits, and being the first call when something doesn’t feel right. We aim for high medical excellence, mentorship, collaboration within our team, and strong surgery skills. Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, comprehensive medical care for companion animals. Uphold high standards of medical excellence, mentor teammates, and foster collaboration within the hospital team. Deliver excellent surgical skills and outcomes. Engage with the local community and maintain the hospital’s commitment to compassionate care and high standards of medical excellence. Provide patient-focused services across wellness, sick exams, vaccinations, and other routine or urgent care as appropriate for a small animal practice. Work with our local shelter partners as part of our community-focused program. Experience & Skills Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required. State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date. Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible. About Our Hospital

Laguna Beach Animal Hospital is a small animal practice located in Laguna Beach focusing on pet wellness, sick exams, vaccinations, working with our local shelter, spays/neuters, and more. Our hospital has a collaborative, experienced team and a committed client base. We pride ourselves on compassionate care and high standards of medical excellence. We are open Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 6:30 pm. Serving Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, South Laguna, Crystal Cove, Laguna Hills, and Dana Point. Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL full-time range starting at $140,000 per year. The actual salary offered will consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location. About Thrive
