Summary Helping with general department administrative support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assisting Co-Chairs with admin duties. Program Project Maintenance. Flyer Creation/distribution. Staffing ICPW Cohort Sundays (once/month). Event set-up/tear-down. Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Qualify for FWS or hold international student status. Experience in office environment. Experience with graphic design and marketing. Experience with list serve and information distribution. Experience with office software (i.e. Excel, Canva). Able to staff in-person events as needed/live in the Bay Area. Additional Information

— Duties are primarily performed in an office environment at a desk or computer terminal, typically Monday through Friday. Background Check

You may also be asked to provide proof of educational degree(s), licenses, or credentials pertinent to the position.
