Located near Johnson Lake, the club is open to the public, offering a wide range of services including dining, entertainment, and event hosting. Our course is in excellent condition, thanks to our dedicated groundskeepers, ensuring top-notch play throughout the golfing season.
Job Summary: This position involves managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional member and guest experiences, and promoting the club's services.

Knowledge of golf operations and event management.
Familiarity with state health and safety standards.
Essential Responsibilities Management & General Overview
Maintains the clubhouse so that it is clean, organized, secure, and safe.
Hire staff and train, supervise, and develop them.
Implement accounting controls and maintain accurate financial records.
Develop a marketing plan.
Maintain the security of the golf course property and buildings.
Come up with ideas on how to attract more non-member golfers.
Maintain the driving range.
Maintain public relations activities for the golf course.
Handle customer communications, obtaining regular feedback from members and visitors.
Keep the Club website up to date throughout the year.
Staffing & Training
Recruit, hire, train, supervise, develop, discipline, schedule, and terminate personnel as is necessary.
Get background & reference checks as appropriate.
Financial Management
Seek ways to operate more efficiently to reduce costs and maximize revenue.
Maintain financial records as requested by the Board.
Ensure that financials are reconciled at end of each day and end of month.
Clubhouse
Able to obtain and keep a Liquor license
Have the clubhouse open during regular business hours.
A willingness to work flexible hours to meet the demands of the position.
Maintain the clubhouse, including custodial duties, nightly cleaning, nightly stocking of the bar, and clubhouse security. And trash needs to be emptied every night.
Needed repairs & upkeep need to be identified, and a plan developed to do the required maintenance.
Monitor daily the food and beverage service to ensure the quality of food and the timeliness of service.
Manage food and beverage purchases and inventory.
Food, beverages, and supplies will be organized & neat to facilitate locating items and maintaining inventory at appropriate levels.
Maintain a monthly inventory sheet of the liquor purchased and consumed.
Purchase supplies and materials within budgetary limitations.
Prepare all meals for all functions requiring meals at the club. If the Manager wants to hire someone outside of the normal staff to prepare food for a function, it must be approved by the board.
Schedule functions and tournaments at the Club.
Adhere to all Keno rules & regulations. And implement safeguards & controls.
Perform all the functions for the Pro Shop, including purchasing, sales, and inventory control.
Security and safety are to be a priority.
Tournaments and Leagues
Manage, book tournaments, quoting green fees, cart rentals, starting times available, etc.
Managing, Scheduling, Planning and Organizing of the club leagues.
