Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the construction sector. Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients. Lead negotiations and secure contracts for large-scale construction projects. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverable. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Prepare and present proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior leadership. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities. Support the development of long-term client partnerships to ensure repeat business. Competitive salary in the range of $118,000 to $132,000 annually. Bet on yourself Commission plan with OTE of over $260,000 for first full year Truck allowance to support business travel needs.
