With campuses in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Palm Beach, and New York City, we seek a dynamic leader to drive enrollment and cultivate lasting parent relationships. Working primarily on-site (80%), you\'ll become deeply embedded in your campus community, leading with authenticity and purpose.
What You Will Be Doing
Architect and execute end-to-end enrollment strategies that resonate with forward-thinking families
Lead dynamic information sessions that transform interest into passionate advocacy
Establish yourself as a trusted community presence through local engagement and outreach
Build strategic alliances with community leaders and organizations
Provide data-driven insights on parent engagement and market dynamics

Following cookie-cutter sales playbooks or impersonal outreach methods
Compromising Alpha\'s high standards to boost numbers
Taking a hands-off approach to parent relationships
Managing enrollment from behind a computer screen
Director Of Strategic Parent Engagement Key Responsibilities Drive campus growth by building a robust waitlist of 150+ students through strategic community engagement, authentic relationship building, and unwavering commitment to Alpha\'s educational vision.
Basic Requirements
Local presence near one of our campus locations (Scottsdale, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Palm Beach, or NYC)
U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available)
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in education-focused family engagement or enrollment
Superior communication abilities that inspire trust and action
Demonstrated success in guiding complex decision-making processes
Passionate alignment with Alpha\'s innovative educational approach

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
