Responsibilities
Technology Roadmap: lead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technology roadmaps that align with the organization’s strategic goals, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation Enterprise Application Portfolio Optimization: oversee evaluation, rationalization, and optimization of the enterprise application portfolio to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve system interoperability Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with senior leadership, business units, and IT teams to understand needs, align strategies, and ensure successful implementation of technology and AI initiatives Innovation Leadership: stay on top of emerging technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to maintain competitive advantage Governance and Compliance: ensure technology and AI strategies adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies Team Leadership: mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred 12+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, including application development and AI strategy Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps and aligning IT with business strategy Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, application lifecycle management, and agile methodologies Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills Benefits and compensation information
