(Qualifications) Talent Acquisition Partner: 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including healthcare or clinical roles Senior Talent Acquisition Partner: 6+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on clinical recruitment Bachelor’s degree preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools How to Stand Out
