What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists to achieve recruitment goals

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within the organization

Establish strong relationships with leadership to facilitate effective hiring

Optimize current talent acquisition processes and tools for efficiency

Implement a targeted talent attraction strategy in collaboration with senior leadership

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in healthcare startup environments

Proven leadership experience managing a team of Talent Acquisition professionals

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse)

Ability to partner with senior leadership and physician executives as hiring managers

Must reside in California and be able to travel to centers occasionally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience leading Executive Search initiatives

Background in value-based care environments

Prior experience with recruitment for PACE organizations

Hands-on experience with full-cycle physician recruitment and developing a physician pipeline

Bachelor's Degree preferred
