$130,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Associate Vice President, Head of Private Practice Transactions
A reputable and growing client, is actively seeking a talented and driven mid-level attorney to join their well-respected team. This is a compelling opportunity for a litigation attorney with 4+ years of experience to engage in sophisticated legal work within a collaborative and supportive team culture. The ideal candidate will be energized by the challenge of complex disputes and motivated to grow their career alongside seasoned attorneys. What You'll Do: You'll be part of a dynamic team handling high-stakes commercial litigation matters across a broad spectrum. Your work will include: Representing in intricate business disputes and real estate litigation Navigating cases involving breach of fiduciary duty and contract disagreements Litigating business torts such as noncompete violations, trade secret theft, and shareholder derivative actions Engaging in intellectual property disputes and class action defense What Is Being Looked For: A minimum of four years' hands-on experience in complex commercial litigation Experience in any of the following areas: business torts, restrictive covenants, IP litigation, real estate disputes, and class actions Strong analytical and writing skills, with a strategic mindset A proactive approach to case management and client service At this client, you'll find more than just challenging work—you'll discover a team that values mentorship, collegiality, and professional development.
