Responsibilities

As a Strategic Initiatives Manager, drive shaping Snyk's future by conceptualizing, identifying, and sculpting impactful programs, projects, and content aligned with company and team priorities.

Autonomously manage complex projects while fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure team-wide impact.

Join the Strategic Initiatives team within Snyk's Strategy & Operations powerhouse to propel hyper-growth by fueling informed decision-making, swift execution, and seamless scaling.

Partner with Team Directors to spearhead large-scale, transformational initiatives and take the lead on selected projects with full autonomy.

Operate in a hybrid role based in the Boston, MA office.

What You’ll Need

3-5 years of work experience, preferably in Management Consulting and/or Investment Banking.

Advanced ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets.

Proficiency in data visualization to effectively communicate insights and trends to various stakeholders.

Strong proficiency in assessing financial metrics, forecasting, and evaluating investment opportunities.

Ability to provide strategic financial guidance and make recommendations based on in-depth analysis.

Advanced multitasking, prioritization, and management of complex projects or programs in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources effectively.

Thorough understanding of strategic planning processes, including market analysis, competitive assessment, and long-term goal setting.

Proficiency in setting targets, developing KPIs, and prioritizing investments based on strategic objectives.

Ability to identify and analyze complex problems, determine root causes, and propose innovative solutions with a strategic mindset.

Proficient in evaluating the potential impact of solutions on broader organizational goals.

Strong ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including senior leaders and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Adaptable communication style and content to meet the needs of different stakeholders.

Experience delivering impactful presentations to executive leadership and influencing decision-making processes.

Industry and competitive awareness that informs more informed and creative strategies.

Comfort with high volume and a very fast-paced workload; willing to roll up your sleeves for tactical work.
