KPMG is seeking a Manager, Solution Architect for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities
Architect modern solutions encompassing system, data, integration, and security architecture using cloud platforms, data, and AI services, while leading client-facing large-scale solution implementations.
Develop and present proposals and technical documentation, offering technical leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders on Azure projects from implementation to integration.
Meet with CIOs, IT managers, technology executives, and functional leaders to provide essential business acumen and ensure alignment with business and technology priorities.
Design and implement Azure core services, including Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)/Entra ID and enterprise identity solutions, ensuring robust security, scalability, and seamless deployment infrastructure.
Create secure and reliable networking solutions, such as ExpressRoute, and develop intelligent data analytics and reporting solutions for integrated Azure environments.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to stay updated on Azure technologies, best practices, and industry trends, while architecting and managing complex data warehouse solutions using both IaaS and PaaS offerings, and driving strategic deals by influencing data‑driven opportunities.
Qualifications
A minimum of five years' experience as an Azure Solution Architect, with a focus on data warehouse solutions.
Bachelor's Degree with relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, preferred.
Strong understanding of IaaS and PaaS concepts in the Azure ecosystem with ability to design and implement secure and scalable solutions, focusing on networking and data integration with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure services and Azure data platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Multiyear experience in state, local, and government projects with notable State and Local experience and residency in Florida.
Travel as needed.
