Director Of Learning & Development: Key Responsibilities Your core mission is to coach both Guides and students to develop a genuine passion for education, achieve accelerated learning velocity, and master essential life skills. Excellence is the standard.
Basic Requirements
Current Miami resident or willing to relocate for this in-person position at our Miami, FL campus
Bachelor’s degree (field of study open)
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related disciplines
Proven track record developing and implementing educational programs, curriculum designs, or training systems
Strong leadership with ability to inspire high-achievement teams
Experience working with school-aged youth (5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Advanced data-analysis skills with the ability to leverage metrics for continuous improvement
Authorization to work in the United States

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
