What You Will Be Doing Elevating Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops with uncompromising excellence through systematic training and development Architecting comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify facilitation best practices, learning activity design principles, and strategic challenge resolution Delivering high-impact, actionable feedback to Guides that measurably increases student engagement and achievement metrics Personally mentoring a select student cohort, demonstrating and refining elite coaching methodologies that drive exceptional outcomes What You Won’t Be Doing Developing curriculum content – our adaptive learning platform handles this; your focus is on training Guides to maximize student motivation and success Compromising on excellence – our 100% mastery standard is non-negotiable, and you'll ensure every Guide maintains this benchmark Conducting conventional training sessions – your Guide development approach must be as engaging and transformative as the learning experience we promise our students Principal Learning Consulting Key Responsibilities Drive uncompromising excellence by coaching Guides and students to achieve Alpha's three core promises: inspiring a love of learning, accelerating academic progress at twice the standard pace, and developing essential life skills across your entire student cohort. Basic Requirements Current Miami resident or committed to relocating for full-time, in-person work at our Miami campus Bachelor's degree (field of study open) Minimum 5 years of demonstrated excellence in education, learning development, professional coaching, or related disciplines Proven track record designing and implementing innovative educational programs, training systems, or learning frameworks Exceptional leadership capabilities with documented success building and elevating high-performance teams Substantive experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental contexts Advanced proficiency in data analysis with demonstrated ability to leverage metrics for performance optimization Legal authorization to work in the United States About Alpha Want to join a learning rebellion that’s transforming the traditional classroom? The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
