Director, Finance – Moen B2C is the key finance business partner to the GM and Vice President of the Moen Business-to-Consumer vertical. This role will manage and lead all commercial related activities with a focus on driving operational excellence and above-market growth. The position supports product development and channel marketing efforts and serves as a key FP&A contact into the business units, reporting to the CFO, Water. Position location:

This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL (On-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead as the Finance partner for the GM, Moen Business to Consumer (B2C) and their leadership team focusing on Retail and eCommerce channels. Be a leader on the Water BU finance team that works cross-functionally to aggregate the full Water Segment story and ensure actions are on track to deliver the desired result. Primary business partner to the B2C sales organization by providing financial guidance and insights to measure and enhance performance. Own the development and delivery of the B2C P&L, manage costs and ensure returns on investments. Be the key connection point from FP&A into the BU finance team and oversee the annual and strategic planning process. Develop a deep understanding of the market and customer trends to drive proactive actionable insights and influence strategy for long-term value. Understand customer gross-to-net programs, oversee gross-to-net calculation accuracy within GAAP, and partner with teams to optimize spend. Manage and improve down-channel reporting from external customers, providing proactive actionable insights to sales leadership and other key partners. Manage and ensure accuracy of rebate and commission reporting, monthly and quarterly sales reporting, and ad-hoc analysis for the segment. Partner with the business intelligence team to ensure accuracy of current reporting and drive improvements, automation, and enhancements to manage performance. Manage a team of Financial Analysts, delegating and prioritizing deliverables while supporting their development. Handle additional projects and focus as assigned by CFO, Water. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field required. 10+ years preferred. 5+ years of management experience required. Strong communication (oral and written) and analytical skills with ability to present detailed analysis clearly to drive actionable initiatives. Solid understanding of P&L management, financial modeling, investment evaluation, and cost optimization strategies. Ability to influence others in a highly cross-functional and matrix environment. Proven leadership and talent development in finance. Strong financial acumen, broad business skill set and strategic thinking. Process improvement mindset. Ability to communicate effectively with various levels, including senior leaders. Proficiency with Excel modeling and data management as well as PowerPoint. Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Anaplan, Power BI) and financial modeling software. Additional Information Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is base pay range: $140,000 USD - $220,000 USD. Actual salaries may vary within the range based on factors including education, training, experience, achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees may participate in an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
