Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in bankruptcy law, including representation of debtors, creditors, trustees, and committees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases. Education: J.D. from an accredited law school; MBA or LL.M. in Bankruptcy or Finance is a plus. Licensure: Active membership in the state of Texas. Skills

Strong understanding of the Bankruptcy Code and related federal and state laws. Experience with corporate workouts, financial reorganizations, and insolvency litigation. Familiarity with mediation and alternative dispute resolution is a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to client service. Equal Opportunity
