Marketing Campaign Executive (1 year contract)

Responsibilities: Develop and deliver campaign communication materials (e.g., guides, infographics, FAQs) to support lead generation efforts. Coordinate end-to-end campaign setup, ensuring timely and accurate implementation with internal teams. Engage with agency leaders and agents through briefings, outreach activities, and training sessions. Track campaign performance and gather on-ground feedback to drive continuous improvement. Prepare reports summarizing engagement levels and key insights from campaign participation. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in communications, sales support, or business development, preferably in insurance or financial services. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information. Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in campaign coordination, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
